a name, a menu and a location, and no way to show them yet.
JMC came together pre-launch. The founders needed a full digital presence built essentially from zero: a site people could find, a look people would trust, and a way to keep bringing people back after opening week ended. I partnered with them to build it.
one connected presence, not six separate deliverables.
- 01brand book[one line: what the book defines, e.g. color, type, voice, photo style]
- 02sitebuilt around “where aesthetics meets wellness.” organized by what you want: pick your goal, or choose skin, hair, body or medical.
- 03photo & videocreative director for the shoots, working alongside Caitie of Snapback Films. the first real visual library the brand had.
- 04emailset up the campaign infrastructure for ongoing promotions, like recurring monthly offers, not just a launch blast.
- 05ads & promospaid advertising and monthly promos, run as part of the same system and tied to the same look as the site.
- 06eventshelped plan and promote events partnered with House of Trouble. [one line: what the events were]
built for the question every visitor walks in with: what do I want to change?

the thinking is mine. the tools helped me build it.
